I can't thank you enough for the care and concern you gave my sweet Sambo today (12 year old Golden Retriever). I would not have been able to get her to the animal hospital without you. And the fact that you stayed there to support me with your kind words and comfort during the finale of her life means more to me than you will ever know.

You are a very kind and caring service that I will highly recommend to every pet lover that I know. I would be happy to respond to any referrals you need.

I wanted to let you know what peace of mind it is knowing that The Pet Chauffeur is there to help me transport my cats when I cannot. You were recommended to me by my vet who has also used your services. We had a need to send one cat to Austin and bring one cat back from San Antonio, but none of us had the time to make the trip. You were able to coordinate this trip at a very reasonable price. The lady who was sending the cat back from San Antonio was very nervous and reluctant to allow anybody other than herself to transport Miss Tippy to Dallas. She said that once she met you and saw your name tag and marked van, she felt quite comfortable putting Miss Tippy into your hands. Miss Tippy had never been on a car ride that long and when she arrived, she was relaxed and at ease. Your service is a real gift for people who need to transport animals. And your love for the animals really shows. I will not only use your services again, but I will recommend you to other breeders as well.

My cat, Emmett elected to disappear on the day I was moving out of state, 1500 miles away. She was eventually located in my absence, hiding in the empty apartment, and was delivered to a local kennel.

I was at a loss as to how I would be reunited with my vanishing cat. The kennel staff recommended that I contact The Pet Chauffeur to arrange for her delivery to the airport. Due to hot summer temperatures, it would be necessary to schedule an early morning flight out of Dallas before the kennel opened for business.

With less than a day’s notice, The Pet Chauffeur transported Emmett to a boarding facility open 24 hours a day, purchased transportation supplies for her at a local pet store, and picked her up at 4:30 AM the following morning for her flight out of DFW. The entire process went off without a hitch, and Emmett arrived at her destination safe and sound.

The Pet Chauffeur did an outstanding job coordinating the transportation of my cat, Emmett. I would unquestionably recommend The Pet Chauffeur to anyone in the DFW area with pet transportation needs.

Julie Grant (The Pet Chauffeur) is the best!

We are a military family moving to South Korea and could not take our cat with us on our flight because of heat restrictions. We were devastated when at the last minute we had to find other arrangements. Our cat had to have a contact in Korea before they would send her. After searching the net and calling everywhere we were losing hope.

Then we found (The Pet Chauffeur) Julie who was a God send! She knew of a pet lodge and eased our minds completely about the transition. We traveled on ahead to our duty station in Korea and she sent the cat to us. Perfect because she was our contact in the US and we were here (Korea) to pick up our cat. Julie (The Pet Chauffeur Company) is so kind and helpful. Now our cat is safely at home with us and exploring our new home.
