Using the services of The Pet Chauffeur was the best decision I could have made to help get my rescue dog from her shelter in Texas to the Dallas airport for a flight to Maine. Julie was very reassuring that it would all work out well. She went out of her way to be accommodating to my needs and the dogs'. I couldn't recommend The Pet Chauffeur highly enough!

The Pet Chauffeur has helped me in so many ways over the years. I met the owner, Julie, several years ago. As I grew older, my doggies grew older and my parents grew older, and I needed extra help. I turned to Julie for that and am so thankful that she and The Pet Chauffeur have been there for me.
I have been blessed with several senior pets over the year, but a lot of times, what comes with the seniors is special care. Julie has helped me so many times get my doggies to specialists in different parts of town. There have been times when I have been out of town trying to care for my elderly parents and Julie would take my little Barney to his specialist appointment. He loved her so and I always knew that he would be in good hands with her.
Julie has also helped me tremendously with my rescue dogs. In rescue, a lot of times ('most' of the time) things are on very short notice...Julie has always been there for me. Over a year ago, I needed someone to pick up a little one on death row in Irving. It was last minute, of course, and I called the night before and Julie said she would go over and get her. It turned out that little 'special needs abused' doggie is now my very own doggie, Daisy-O. She is so happy and wiggly, and I love her so.
The Pet chauffeur has also helped me by picking up rescue dogs at other shelters and taking them to the vet's office when I could not leave work. It?s like a little surprise sometimes when I walk into the vet's office and there are my little rescues 'in person' after only having seen them in pictures before. All the dogs love Julie and are perfectly comfortable with her.
Julie has also helped me by transporting some of my rescue dogs to meet another transport out of town. She has a great van equipped with harnesses, crates, toys, everything that a doggie could ask for. All the doggies look so content and excited when they are loaded up and ready to go to rescue!

I can't thank you enough for the care and concern you gave my sweet Sambo today (12 year old Golden Retriever). I would not have been able to get her to the animal hospital without you. And the fact that you stayed there to support me with your kind words and comfort during the finale of her life means more to me than you will ever know.
You are a very kind and caring service that I will highly recommend to every pet lover that I know. I would be happy to respond to any referrals you need.

I wanted to let you know what peace of mind it is knowing that The Pet Chauffeur is there to help me transport my cats when I cannot. You were recommended to me by my vet who has also used your services. We had a need to send one cat to Austin and bring one cat back from San Antonio, but none of us had the time to make the trip. You were able to coordinate this trip at a very reasonable price. The lady who was sending the cat back from San Antonio was very nervous and reluctant to allow anybody other than herself to transport Miss Tippy to Dallas. She said that once she met you and saw your name tag and marked van, she felt quite comfortable putting Miss Tippy into your hands. Miss Tippy had never been on a car ride that long and when she arrived, she was relaxed and at ease. Your service is a real gift for people who need to transport animals. And your love for the animals really shows. I will not only use your services again, but I will recommend you to other breeders as well.

My cat, Emmett elected to disappear on the day I was moving out of state, 1500 miles away. She was eventually located in my absence, hiding in the empty apartment, and was delivered to a local kennel.
I was at a loss as to how I would be reunited with my vanishing cat. The kennel staff recommended that I contact The Pet Chauffeur to arrange for her delivery to the airport. Due to hot summer temperatures, it would be necessary to schedule an early morning flight out of Dallas before the kennel opened for business.
With less than a day�s notice, The Pet Chauffeur transported Emmett to a boarding facility open 24 hours a day, purchased transportation supplies for her at a local pet store, and picked her up at 4:30 AM the following morning for her flight out of DFW. The entire process went off without a hitch, and Emmett arrived at her destination safe and sound.
The Pet Chauffeur did an outstanding job coordinating the transportation of my cat, Emmett. I would unquestionably recommend The Pet Chauffeur to anyone in the DFW area with pet transportation needs.

We are a military family moving to South Korea and could not take our cat with us on our flight because of heat restrictions.
